The 2021-22 high school basketball season in Illinois is almost here! A long offseason has ended, teams are practicing, and it is time to start previewing an exciting upcoming season of hoops! Today we will look at the 2021 Preseason All-Class Teams by CPH. The teams were voted on and selection criteria includes projected production and overall skill level.
